York Beer & Cider Festival 2016 has started! The longest bar in Europe, impressive local brews and plenty of ciders are all on offer in a new location just a few steps along the Knavesmire from previous years.
While following the typical strategy of selecting a random section of the bar and choosing a nice label seemed to work, I’m sure you could do better research than me and choose the nicest beers possible. Still, our random sample revealed good quality and a friendly atmosphere. Nice currywurst too. Saturday is your last chance so get on down there!
